Welcome to part two of our Yoga + Your Hormones series. This week we’re getting a little crash course into Ayurveda which seeks to balance the subtle body in order to heal the physical body. There are three energetic essences that make up the subtle body: prana, ojas and tejas and they are closely tied with hormones.
